Unparented class designed to build the joy of Tumbling through drills, games and FUN circuits! This class is for ages 3-5. In PreK tumbling athletes learn balance, coordination, beginner tumbling skills, & flexibility. Athletes gain strength, ability & confidence all while having FUN! Our preschool tumblers will learn front roll and all of the beginner tumbling skills as they develop strength, balance and flexibility! beginner skills include: rolls, jumps, handstands, bridges, cartwheels & more!
Athletes in recreational tumbling will learn all the basics of tumbling through structured progressions, drills & FUN circuits! We are a perfection before progression based facility. We believe athletes are better able to reach their tumbling goals when we allow them to truly perfect all tumbling shapes, forms, & skillsets before moving on to more difficult tumbling skills!
classes are for ages 6 & up. Beginner-advanced. class division based on skill & maturity levels.
A structured progression class, through our obstacle courses & challenges; Ninjas set goals with the instructor monthly, work to crush those goals, master the obstacles/challenges all while having fun, gaining strength, confidence & friendships! Ninja STARS learn agility, flexibility, balance & other necessary ninja skills!
Our obstacle course consists of:
A warp wall. A slack line. A rock wall. Rings. Climbing ropes. Climbing cargo net. Jump boxes & MORE! It’s all about Fitness, friends and FUN!
Our competitive tumbling team information is SEASON BASED! seasons run july-april.
